    Project description
    Support the internal mentoring program of the association, where team members are paired together to learn project management skills such as manage finances, coordination of events, planning, fundraising, communication and marketing. Each beneficiary of this education program is tutored individually, to acquire skills they can use on the job market later on. The students are asylum seekers and refugees living in Geneva.
