    The importance of developing the youth and human resources in the field of ICT in this era cannot be overlooked by a country like Ghana which is trying to improve the economy and the educational knowledge of its future generation.
    It is therefore the responsibility of all ghanaians in diaspora to help develope our human resources for sustainable development and a competitive youth in our society.
    Many schools in Ghana, in particular in and around Patasi area do not have computers in their schools and therfore fall behind the day-to-day computer literacy in this new world of Information and communication Technology.
