Project description
Empowering Deaf Women & Girls: Computer Training in Underserved Rural Communities" This project aims to bridge the digital divide by providing computer training to deaf women and girls in rural communities of Uganda. Through this initiative, Community Bridge for Development-Uganda (CBD-U) seeks to equip these underserved populations with essential digital literacy skills, empowering them to access educational, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities. By fostering inclusivity and leveraging technology, the project strives to enhance the socio-economic prospects and overall well-being of deaf women and girls in Kasese's marginalized communities.
