    Project description
Through a cooperation with the Kinder Museum Munich, and the Centre for Culinary Arts Manila, we collaborate to help connect children who live on or around cacao plantations, with an exhibition about food in Germany. The Museum will collect laptops, as well as kids see video, pictures an information about fair and ethical standards in chocolate production. Specifically the topic of child slave labour is addressed, as well as fair and direct trade. The kids between the farms and the museum, will draw pictures and exchange them over from November 2015 to paris 2016, and write their favourite chocolate recipe to form a small booklet of joint recipes, and understanding of each other's culture. Essentially the museum exhibit about food, and chocolate will come alive with the engagement of the kids via letters, video, and also laptop donations.

This is part of an 18 month project helping to support farmers and chocolatiers from Philippines to Europe to connect, up skill on cacao quality farm management and biodiversity, as well as chocolate training for direct trade. This is from the CACAO.academy.
