Project description
              The area constituting Tiko district is part of South West Region of Cameroon. The total area of the district is 4,840 kilometers. There are 15 rural communities in the Tiko District. Tiko District is blessed with fertile agricultural land; therefore, most of the people in profession are farmers. They are engaged in agriculture either directly or indirectly. Industrial labor has increased after the establishment of  CDC factories in different places of the district. Some people are engaged in business and Government service also. The population 55,914. Its Literacy rate is 46.08 %. All major infrastructures for communication, Water and Electricity facility are available. The main languages are English and pidgin English.
