Sustainble Youth Development Foundation (SYDF) is a community based organisation whose theory of change is to combat unemployment among the youth through hands on skills training and development.
In line with our theory of change, our trainings include tailoring, hairdressing, bakery, paper bags, liquid soap and reusable sanitary pads; and computer basics which is the major reason why we are need the laptops.
Every beneficiary is taken through computer basics to have at least some computer letracy in addition to the hands on skill to enable them compete favourably in the job market.
