Project description
              LICSOU works towards uplifting the status and promoting the welfare/ live hood of vulnerable groups of children , that is the destitute poor, disabled girl children.
LICSO considers fostering socio – economic empowerment of children, as a sure way of guaranteeing sustainable prosperity and self-reliance of Uganda’s future communities.
LICSOU precisely touches the lives of vulnerable and needy children by focusing on advocacy and lobbying, promoting and supporting their education, training for functional skills development, spiritual development, health care and support, human (children’s) right and life skills sum values empowerment.
