Sometimes you may need to contact other Labdoo users to coordinate a task, but you may not have their email address. Or you might want to see how a user is connected to a specific dootronic, school, or hub. In these cases, you can use the Labdoo platform to reach out as follows:

  1. Log in to your Labdoo account. You must be logged in to view other user's profile and send messages.
  2. Find the user through a Labdoo object.
Every Labdoo object (dootronics, dootrips, edoovillages, and hubs) is linked to users. For example, if you want to contact the manager of a dootronic (like this one: https://platform.labdoo.org/content/000004446), go to its page. Under the "Manager" field, you’ll see the username of the person managing it. (This field is only visible if you're logged in.) Click the username to open the user's profile.
  3. Use the Labdooers Dashboard.
You can also find users by country, location, or username using the Labdooers Dashboard. For help using it, check the related wiki page.
  4. Send a message.
On the user’s profile page, click the "Contact" tab, fill out the form, and click "Send message". Your message will be sent to the user’s email. They can reply to you through your Labdoo contact page.
  5. Explore the user’s profile.
You can also view another user's contributions under the "Global contributions" tab or learn more about them via the "View" tab in that user's profile.
