    Project goal is the Integration of Ugandan youth into the local labour market and building a workforce readiness through employability skills amongst young people in Uganda. Further aim is to focus on means to connect the youth with organizations across Africa in a more efficient and innovative way, by giving them access to digital video career profiles as well as employment opportunities. Emphasis will be on preparing candidates for job market requirements and increase their competitiveness, exposure and visibility through e-learning which will make them well rounded attractive job candidates.

    Youths will access the afringa academy's e-learning courses such as videos, exams, articles etc. along the following topics: basic digital skills (basic word processing skills on e.g. libre office), basic soft skills (presentation skills), basic employability skills (e.g. interview preparation). Youths will share devices and work as a group on exercises as well as video sharing sessions.
