The Purple Skills Klinic Foundation is a registered youth-led NGO, in Kampala
Uganda, founded by popular Uganda media personality "Douglas Lwanga" to
address the youth unemployment challenge in Uganda. The skills training center is empowering youth and communities through skills training, and mentorship programs as a solution to the escalating youth unemployment in Uganda. We believe if you give a man fish you feed him for a day but if you teach a man how to fish you feed him for a lifetime.
We train skills ranging from ICT( Coding, web designing, Apps development),
Multimedia (Video production and video editing, Graphics and animation), Secretarial skills ( Microsoft programs). The underlying equipment needed to train young people in these skills are Laptops, Tabs or computers. We know that once youth acquire job-ready skills in ICT many can start up their own jobs and careers or use the skills to acquire employment. Your contribution to our training center will have a the major impact in securing the future of very many young people.
