Project description
GraffitiArte is a mexican collective that aims to promote popular youth culture projects and the recovery of public space promoting creative and artistic with social and community impact.
There will be two social interventions with young people using graffiti as a communication vehicle in two low income neighborhoods in Mexico City. The record and reporting of the project will be done through a website that will be powered by the participants of the project. To do this, they will share the laptops for internet access and manage the content that can be upload during and upon completion of the project with more cultural and murals records that occur thereafter. The computers will be used for training during the project and in future replications.
