Project information
Project description
The Mlilo Primary School is based in the Kabokweni area near Nelspruit in the Mpumalanga province. The area is very rural and most children and youth are not able to operate computers due to the lack thereof. By providing laptops for the students the school would be able to offer computer courses regularly to improve their computer skills and prepare them for the job market. The necessary infrastructure is available and the staff is highly motivated. Due to the close collaboration of the school with Scouts in the area the outreach of the project would also be multiplied and beneficial for the students and Scouts in the area alike.
