About LELC...
The LEOT English Learning Centre is a purpose built school where English is taught to young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds. We opened for enrolment in September 2012. Teaching started in October.
Our Learning Centre is in Luang Prabang, Laos PDR, the landlocked country in South East Asia.
It's not fee paying: we rely on your generosity to help us cover the running costs.
About LEOT...
Lao Educational Opportunities Trust (LEOT) is a UK registered charity set up in 2006 to help disadvantaged young people in Laos. The Learning Centre is wholly owned and operated by the trust.
The Laos Ministry of Foreign Affairs has awarded LEOT International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) status.
