    Project description
The project is educational. We are going to use the laptops to teach practical I. C. T lessons to pupils of the school. Until now, all I. C. T lessons have been theory in nature due to lack of computers. We teach I. C. T on the chalk board. We draw the computer on the chalk board and use it to teach the pupils. With these laptops, the pupils can have hands on experience and practice on the computers What ever instructions the teacher gives.

The Computers is helping the students in learning more about modern subjects and acquire computer skills. The computers received are very helpful and improvig the community and the students but the computers are insufficient therefore we are requsting for second supply to enable the stundent acquire more skils. This will further enhance students performance especially with research work.

    Dear Sir
    APPRECIATION
I write on behalf of the staff and pupils of Potsin D/A KG & Primary School to acknowledge receipt of computers from your organisation and to express our sincere appreciation for this kind gesture.
Preparations for a grand durbar to outdoor the computers were being made when the outbreak of COVID 19 necessitated the suspension of schools in Ghana.
Whenever school resumes, pictures of the durbar and the lab with the computers will follow suit.
We really appreciate this gesture and promise to take very good care of the computers and maintain them very well.
    We are most grateful.
    Yours faithfully
    Signed
    Appiah Onwona A.
