Childrens home Mladost (Youth) Bijela, Herceg Novi has been grounded in 1947 and is until today the only Institution in Montenegro that provides a residential care and protection of
children separated from their parents for various reasons. In this Institution, there is no available computer for the children to use. This issue was especially problematic during COVID-19
pandemic, when the schooling took place exclusively on-line. The purpose of this donation is to minimise the isolation of the children and support their education.
The donation of the computers will make possible the internet access for the children, the on-line schooling and the education in the field of informatics in general.
It will further help the secondary education of the children in the tourism and gastronomy, as also provided by this Institution.
