Please let us know how best to get the laptop to the nearest hub. We are, from time to time, in the Cologne area but cannot tell you when this will be the case next (and we wouldn't be sure we could make it to the hub). Alternatively we could have a dootrip - the laptop is ready to be picked up either here in Guyancourt or, on weekdays, in Paris, 16th arrondissement.
