Nthali is an organization which envisions a society where marginalized communities in Malawi are highly resilient to climate change due to empowered women and youth in regenerative agriculture.
The project is about empowering youth and women farmers about regenerative agriculture. We are training them to shift from conventional farming to organic regenerative agriculture. We are blending this traditional knowledge of farming with technology.
Farmers are trained in digital skills that enhance agricultural productivity through weather forecast, using AI in farming, crop diseases management and digital marketing.
We would like to empower 63 youth and women farmers with tailor made digital skills each year. The training will be experiential as they will be learning by doing. We are having 3 trainers and 63 farmers each year.
