We want to help students with a high drop-out risk as well as Elementary students from marginalized communities to overcome the structural disadvantages they grow up with. We want to empower girls and boys to become socially aware and active and grow up wanting to give back to their society.

We want to use the laptops for two purposes: (a) Equip three learning centres with 5 laptops each to create small learning centres in which girls that are about to drop out of their high school education will be motivated and empowered to continue their studies. (b) Create the first contact with digital technology for our Elementary students at Varanasi Ashram school by establishing a computer lab. Students will use the laptops as part of weekly computer classes. During game periods, they will also be allowed to play learning games (such as www.teachyourmonster.org).
