Project information
    Project description
The laptops will help the teachers be able to introduce by doing to the kids and the young people who come to us about the computer literacy and computer skills and will help them after knowing the use for the research, the software management and the offline learning using the videos. In fact, there is less access to computer in the Nakivale Refugee Settlement and it is a world aside when it comes to the use and the contribution of the laptop in this generation.
In fact I am a refugee and I am an artist and havebeen in Nakivale Refugee settlement since 2012 and I am very passionate first in sharing my skills and also in caring about children which led me and my fellow friends to create an art project called NYANDJA (from a local name that means Lake) for youths and children in Nakivale in order to build the knowledge capacity of our community through art and creativity. Today we are taking care of 30 children and 20 youths who are coming every day to our learning place. This is to come to your organisation to request for the laptops that will help our youths and children to have facilities in their learning.
I have travelers that can help bring the laptops up to Uganda from Germany, where I have many friends.
